Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Word Quest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

You agree to use Word Quest for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage on leaderboards
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content within Word Quest, including but not limited to graphics, puzzles, word lists, sounds, and code, is owned by Stalker Digital and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

Leaderboards and User Content

If you participate in leaderboards, you agree to use an appropriate display name. We reserve the right to remove display names that are offensive or inappropriate. Leaderboard scores may be reset at our discretion.

In-App Purchases

Word Quest may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Word Quest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stalker Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
