By downloading or using Space Blaster ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Space Blaster is a mobile game provided by Stalker Digital. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Impersonate other users on leaderboards
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Stalker Digital and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Leaderboards

Leaderboard rankings are provided for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stalker Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
